Kowloon Tong

Hong Kong

WHEN:

Oct 3 – Oct 6

TIME:

 11.30am – 3.30pm

DETAILS:

Lithium Hindsight 360 (LH 360) is a Virtual Reality prototype showing how contemporary dance and somatic movement practices can be used to portray a patient with bipolar disorder’s daily experience. It’s intended to help other patients visualize how they might use motion capture and VR technologies to communicate their individual experience to non-patients. Event attendees will be guided through the experience by Eugenia and are welcome to ask questions, give feedback, etc.

The Closing Reception will take place Sunday Oct 6th in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week. Attendees are invited to contribute small drawings, improvised movement or other brief forms of non-verbal artistic expression that reflect their own experiences with mental illness and views.
