To Love A Narcissist was digitally released in North America by Freestyle Digital Media 19 May 2026. The film, which Mental Ideas supported  Contro Vento Films to produce, is directed by Raffaello Degruttola and stars Lyndsey Marshal, Sule Rimi,  Stephen Campbell Moore, Andrea Lowe and Ed Hayter. Sadie Frost,  Ted Field and Bill Bossert are executive producers. Sadie Kaye is a producer. The film will be released worldwide on digital and streaming platforms by Freestyle and Cardinal XD three months later.
