No Way Home – Stop the Traffick by Filmmaker Raffaello Degruttola

Congratulations to filmmaker Raffaello DeGruttola for directing and delivering an understated acting masterclass in this powerful short film on human trafficking: No Way Home – Stop the Traffick. The film was shown at the United Nations yesterday, winning the award for Expose in conjunction with CNN and International World Freedom Day. It’s produced by Raff’s actress-producer wife, Simone Lahbib.

The dynamic husband and wife team, both Mental Ideas Ambassadors, now intend to develop the short film into a feature. The film promises to be one of the highlights of the 2021 Hong Kong International Mental Health Film Festival.
